Choosing the right Pilates Instructor Training Program is essential to your success and longevity in the field!
Becoming a top quality instructor, who understands this complex modality of training, is challenging, but, with this course, you will fully grasp the concepts of WHY Pilates was created.
Our Pilates Training Program through PhysicalMind Institute was the FIRST OFFICIAL Pilates Certifying program. Founded in 1997, this program set the standards for all others to follow. It entails a deep focus on understanding the body and what the body needs to be healthy, fit, and mobile, all with the true work of Joseph H. Pilates as the focus.
Our program has over 500+ hours of comprehensive Pilates training which includes learning and practicing on all forms of apparatus. The course will teach you how to take Joseph Pilates fundamentals and transfer those fundamentals on to our unique pieces of state of the art Stott equipment: Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector, as well as use of all props. *See Pricing Below

Jodi has been in the fitness industry since 1980 and discovered Pilates while living in Hawaii. She instantly fell in love with the practice and soon after moving to Arizona sought out an education through Physical Mind Teacher Training Program. She completed the program and then completed her certification through Physical Mind as well as her practical test out. Since then, she has been teaching Pilates and continued her education in all forms of Pilates.

Held On Weekends:
Saturdays & Sunday starting at 12PM – Allow 3 TO 4 HOURS PER SESSION.
You MUST complete and pass the Mat Certification (Fundamentals) Program in order to do the Apparatus training.
You MUST complete ALL individual apparatus training programs in order to TEST OUT for the Apparatus Certification.

Prospective students must complete application for acceptance into program and have completed 20+ hours of Pilates Instruction with a Qualified Pilates Instructor.
Students must arrive on time for class with materials and must complete 90% of training. If you cannot complete all official scheduled training, then certification may be held until class time is made up. Any student who cannot complete course due to personal or family circumstances may take a leave of absence upon approval. An approved leave of absence will entitle student to take the next scheduled program offer at the same location for missed segments.
Students must pass final written and Practical exam with a 75% or higher. If, for any reason, a non-passing grade on the final exam is received then a re-test at a later date is $100, and additional hours of observation or practice may be assigned.
